Society of Otolaryngologists & Head Neck Surgeons of Bangladesh

Society of Otolaryngologists and Head-Neck Surgeons of Bangladesh (Previously known as Otorhinolaryngologists  Society of Bangladesh) had a constitution which appeared incomplete in course of time. Society already changed its name, moreover the society has imposed many rules and ragulations to run smoothly. Some changes are already in practice but proper procedure for amending the constitution could not be followed.
